The answer to one question will determine whether you should use our Name Your Cost process, or request us to work up a bid for your project in the traditional way -

Is the script already written or do you have a specific idea or concept already in mind? If you do, then either send us the script or tell us about the specific requirements of your video and we will work up an estimate of what it will cost to produce your script or idea.

If the script is not written yet (perhaps you want us to write it) or if you do not have a clear idea about what will be in the video, then the best thing to do is: Budget > Design.

If your question at this point is - what does it cost to make a 5 minute product video that will go on our web site and be distributed on DVD? - then the best way to proceed is to give us your budget and we will design the video to fit that budget.

In order for us to deliver as much production value as possible, we either need to bid on the completed script or we need to know the specifics of the video you want produced - OR we need to know what the budget is and build from there. Otherwise it's a complete game of chance whether our arbitrary bid will be in line with your cost expectations and be the ideal budget to get the results you want and demand.

Fill out the Submit Your Project form. Answer all the questions on the form concerning the required elements for your production; questions such as, what will content of the video will consist of?, how long will the finished video be?, what format do you want it produced in (Standard Definition, High Definition, 4K), who is the target audience?, etc.

Put in your budget for this video in the SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT form.

After reviewing your request, we may contact you with questions to make sure we understand exactly what you're looking for and the scope of your production.

After reviewing your project, we will get back with you with one of three responses:

  1. If we can produce your video with all of your required elements at your stated budget we will let you know and you can decide whether or not to hire us for the production of your video.
  2. If we need to remove a couple of elements or scale them down in order to produce your video for your stated budget, we will tell you which items need to be removed or scaled back, i.e., you request we shoot in three different locations but in order to meet your budget we need to limit it to two locations.
  3. If what you're asking to be included in the video is impossible to achieve with your stated budget, we will tell you what kind of video we can produce for your stated budget and what it will include. For example, if you say you want a broadcast quality, 10 minute long video with scriptwriting services, a professional on-camera host, two days of shooting and a lot of custom animation & graphics and your stated budget is $2,500 - we're not going to be able produce that video for that price. But we will come back and tell you what we can do for the budget that you have.  The point is, if your budget is not in line with the realities of what it cost to produce a video that includes all the elements you've submitted, we will give an OPTION of what we can produce for your budget.

With our Name Your Cost video production service, you're virtually guaranteed an option to have your video produced at whatever amount you've budgeted!
